In the Nürburgring Classic 2019 there will be from 24 to 26 May 2019 for the first time for pre-war car owners also the popular opportunity to start in a GLP = regularity run on the Grand Prix circuit. With two time windows of 30 minutes each, GLP1 and GLP2 for pre-war cars on the Grand Prix circuit are the sporting competition for the most accurate and re-confirmed times possible.
ASC initiates new event section
The ASC - Allgemeine Schnauferl Club Germany - has initiated this possibility of starting in this additional sort pre-war event part. With the results from the two GLPs and scores to the drives on the Nordschleife will be scored together and a Trophy will be awarded.
All participants with pre-war cars without FIVA papers will compete for the "ASC Open Trophy". All pre-war car owners can register (you do not have to be an ASC member). In addition, the ASC together with the FIVA has offered another trophy, which will be competed for in the circle of car owners with FIVA passport for the pre-war car at the two GLPs and the drives on the Nordschleife.
Secure your starting place now - Limited number of participants
The new event part "GLP for pre-war cars on the Grand Prix course" can be driven by all participants with pre-war cars - without additional entry fees. Participation in the pre-war meeting and the driving parts in the meeting is the only requirement. With the creation of these new GLPs, two more times of 30 minutes each are now possible for pre-war drivers in the Nürburgring Classic as driving times on the Grand Prix circuit.
Even more times for even more driving fun. Attention: The number of participants is limited due to the regulations of the ADAC Nordrhein (as with all GLPs) - entries/registrations will be considered after receipt.
