There are now already twelve Formula 1 classics that will make the Nürburgring Classic something very special this coming weekend. Two more special vehicles have just been added.
Racing atmosphere becomes tangible!
It doesn't get more spectacular than this - the top class of motorsport - comes to the most legendary race track in the world. Historic Formula 1 cars start in the Nürburgring Classic and recall racing heroes and records and world champions. With a gridwalk - completely in the style of the great - racing feeling becomes tangible for all visitors and fans.
More highlights of Formula 1 history at the start
On the one hand, we see the legendary Ferrari 312 B2 with which the Belgian racing icon Jacky Ickx competed in Formula 1 in 1971. A vehicle with real rarity value, which is rarely seen in action nowadays.
Another highlight of the Scuderia Ferrari, the Ferrari 312 T5, can also be experienced next weekend! The vehicle in which the Canadian Gilles Villeneuve, who contested 66 of his 67 races for the traditional Italian racing team, competed in 1980.

Very close to action at the gridwalk
Saturday's race event will be entirely to the taste of historic Formula 1 fans: The Formula 1 grid will beckon with a gridwalk from 10.40 am on the start-finish straight of the Grand Prix circuit. Spectators can then get up close and personal between the teams and cars just like in the old days, take grid girl souvenir pictures and get a taste of real racing atmosphere. You should not miss this.
