They are coming back - great hero cars of the sixties, seventies and eighties. Formula 1 will once again be a guest at the Nürburgring Classic in 2023 with historic racing cars.
Top highlight of the premier class
Last year, the royal class of motorsport already thrilled the audience at the "Race Event" in May and attracted visitors with gridwalks on the starting grid, retro grid girls and sporting fascination. The fans and visitors of the old racing cars were able to get up close, right to the front row and not just as "onlookers" beyond the crash barriers and run-off zones.

That's exactly how it will be this year, when the F1 cars return to the Nürburgring Classic from 26 - 28 May 2023. The grid will be open to all visitors, grid girls will show the positions of the race cars and teams, you can walk through the grid while the drivers are already deep in concentration for the race on the Grand Prix circuit.
On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, the F1 cars race on the modern Formula 1 circuit at the Ring - only: they create the image of a journey back in time to the years of Gilles Villeneuve, Jacky Icky, Rene Arnoux and Michael Schumacher or Eddie Irwine...
Goosebumps are guaranteed
On the Saturday of the Nürburgring Classic, the starting field will take to the track twice; once in the morning and then again in the early afternoon. When Formula 1 is at the start, the fans of the Nürburgring Classic should be too - so be sure to buy your ticket in advance.
