Historic Monoposto Racing (HMR) was founded in 1996 and is dedicated to the preservation and active utilisation of historic formula racing cars from the 60s, 70s and 80s. The golden era of formula racing lives on at legendary racetracks in Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium - not in a museum, but in real racing action. The qualifying sessions will take place on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. The showdown will then take place in the two races on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.
The path of the champions
Many Formula 1 greats such as Ayrton Senna, Niki Lauda and Emerson Fittipaldi began their careers in the classes that are now being revived under the HMR banner: Formula Vee, Formula Ford 1600, Formula Ford 2000 or Formula 3. The cars from back then, once stepping stones to the top of the world, are back in competition today - true to the original, technically fascinating and full of history.
Excitement in four classes
The HMR starts in four competition classes, ensuring close, fair and varied races. The action on the track not only thrills the drivers - fans also get their money's worth. Whether at the side of the track or in the paddock, the atmosphere is informal, enthusiastic about motorsport and open to anyone who wants to experience racing in an authentic way.
Tickets for the 2025 race event
Exclusively for members - open to enthusiasm
Only registered members of the HMR - a close-knit community that is passionate about historic motorsport - are allowed to take part. However, the event experience is open to a wide audience: the events offer companies and partners ideal platforms to present their brands in a high-quality, emotional environment.
Historic Monoposto Racing stands for living motorsport history. It's not just about exhibiting - it's about driving. With passion, precision and the sound of real formula engines.
