For 30 years now, the Youngtimer Trophy has been an integral part of Europe's racetracks and has developed into one of the most popular historic racing series in Europe. Fascination and passion seem unbroken.

Youngtimer Trophy: Europe's historic racing series with the most participants

This year, over 220 participants are registered in the racing series. In addition, many guest entrants are taking part in the endurance races such as the ADAC 24h Classic or the ADAC 1000km race. A waiting list even had to be set up for the ADAC 24h Classic. This is a more than welcome development in the current motorsport scene, which also speaks volumes for the outstanding work of the organisers.

Wide variety of brands and thrilling motorsport

We see over 50 classes at the start in the Youngtimer Trophy. Vehicles from different motorsport eras compete for championship points; the more class rivals you beat, the more points you get. Today, fans can see a range of vehicles from the end of the 1960s, such as the NSU TT, to the Ford Escort and Opel Kadett C, which caused a stir in the 1970s.

In addition to the Group 5 Porsches, which usually decide the overall victory in the endurance races among themselves or can be found at the front in the second race of the Youngtimers, the vehicles from the early years of the DTM such as the BMW 635 CSi or the Munich compact sports car BMW M3 or the Mercedes 190 E 2.5 16 V can also be among the front runners.
