The Historic Championship '65 brings one of the most traditional racing series back to the Nürburgring. As part of the Nürburgring Classic 2025, visitors can expect a spectacular journey back in time to the golden era of motorsport. Rare and legendary vehicles such as the Mercedes 300SL, Ferrari Testarossa, Jaguar C- and E-Type, Austin Healey, Porsche 356 and 550, Lotus, Cobra, Maserati, Alfa Romeo and many more will be brought back to life in the Eifel.

The Youngtimer Trophy has been a fixture in historic motorsport for over 30 years - as authentic, emotional and thrilling as ever. With around 200 drivers, it is one of the most popular racing series in Europe. It will once again be part of the Nürburgring Classic on 13-15 June 2025 with two full starting fields - a spectacle not to be missed.

With around 100 registered drivers, it is the largest historic endurance series in the world. Vehicles from the 1960s to the mid-1970s compete in thrilling duels in high-performance classes - a fascinating spectacle for spectators and a motorsport challenge at the highest level for teams and drivers.

Since 1992, the "Battle of the Dwarves" has been one of the most exciting racing series in Europe. With lovingly restored small cars and thrilling action on the race track, it thrills drivers and spectators alike. At the Nürburgring Classic, it is almost traditionally the opening event - with the first qualifying session on Friday morning, a second on Friday afternoon and the highlights: the races on Saturday evening and Sunday morning.

Historic Monoposto Racing (HMR) was founded in 1996 and is dedicated to the preservation and active utilisation of historic formula racing cars from the 60s, 70s and 80s. The golden era of formula racing lives on at legendary racetracks in Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium - not in a museum, but in real racing action. The qualifying sessions will take place on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. The showdown will then take place in the two races on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.

On Saturday evening, 14 June 2025 at 8.00 pm, visitors and participants of the Race Event can expect a top-class musical highlight on the event truck in front of the start-finish house in the Grand Prix paddock of the Nürburgring Classic! The well-known Genesis and Phil Collins tribute band "Still Collins" will thrill the audience with their rousing sounds.

The Lurani Trophy brings the historic Formula Junior racing cars from 1958 to 1963 back to the Nürburgring. The resurrected Canadian-American Challenge Cup is a treat for all those who want to experience the thrill of sports prototypes and racing cars from the 60s to 90s up close. Vehicles with an impressive history and brute sound come together in an impressive starting field that brings motorsport history to life. Together with friends from the FHR, they will compete in the "CanAm & SCC" series.
